Job turnover has long plagued the hospitality and tourism industry. The casino segment of this industry is particularly vulnerable to excessive staff turnover due to the face-toface interaction between gamblers and gaming company employees. The relationship between job satisfaction and job turnover has been explored in numerous industries.
