As student organizations recover from the damaging effects of COVID, how do they encourage membership retention and involvement? Post-pandemic, the Beta Alpha Psi chapter at the University of Nebraska at Omaha has had an involvement problem, which stems from there being a misalignment between the value that students desire and the value that the organization provides. To find the areas of the misalignment, different values offered by student organizations were identified.
