This paper is part of a major research project that discusses corporate social responsibility practices adopted in Jordan, by hotel managers and other related stakeholders, representing the community and the service providers, during the pandemic crisis. In this paper we focus on the role and measures taken by the government in general, and the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities in particular, to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic crisis.
