Qualified individuals are an essential resource of project teams. A primary goal of the project manager is to ensure appropriate team members are hired to meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of educational delivery as it related to burnout in full-time college professors in a Southern California Christian university.
