Research Aims: The present research aims to investigate factors that significantly influence customers’ behavioural intention to use digital banking products. Following prior work on social media marketing and the influence of conglomerate group benefits, in addition to providing a comprehensive understanding, the research incorporates three established theories: the Theory of Planned Behaviour, the Technology Acceptance Model, and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology.

Research Aims: This research aims to identify the characteristics of Generation Z e-wallet customers in DKI Jakarta; analyse the effect of push-pull-mooring effects on switching intention, the moderating effect of the mooring effects on the relationship between push effects and pull effects with switching intention, and the effect of switching intention on the switching behaviour of Generation Z e-wallet customers.

Design/Methodology/Approach: There were 262 respondents, using non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS.

Research Aims: This research aims to investigate the impact of organizational inertia on digital capabilities and digital transformation to optimize firm competencies.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The dataset was produced through a quantitative survey of 125 firms in Indonesia using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyse the data.

Research Findings: The results of this study indicate that organizational inertia indirectly impacts firm competencies through digital capabilities and digital transformation. Organizational inertia impacts digital capabilities, not digital transformation, whereas digital capabilities impact digital transformation and a firm’s competencies.

Research Aims: This study aimed to reveal the underlying attributes of the customer experience in the sharing economy of online food delivery (OFD).

Design/Methodology/Approach: After collecting 45,116 reviews from the Google Play store, a semantic network analysis was conducted. Python programming language and text mining were utilised to extract keywords from online reviews, a frequency analysis was performed, and a CONvergence of iterated CORrelations (CONCOR) analysis was conducted using Ucinet 6.0.

Research Aims: This study discusses the practice of green supply chain management (GSCM) on environmental performance and operational costs in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's food and beverage industry. Research Aims: The present research examines the extent to which job satisfaction predicts turnover intentions and examines the extent to which perceived organisational support moderates the association between job satisfaction and turnover intention among academics in Malaysian private universities.

Research Aims: This study investigates how to foster and motivate factory employees at the onset of industrialisation.

Design/methodology/approach: A total of 728 employees of the garment sector in Myanmar were surveyed using a structured questionnaire.

Research Findings: The results of this study indicate 1) that employees’ maladaptation to factory discipline leads to workplace stress and fuels employees’ counter-productive behaviour and 2) that employees who perceive benevolence from the factory manager take on pro-organizational (vs counter-productive) behaviour based on social exchange rooted in indigenous patron-client ties.

Research Aims: The objective of this study is to examine the relationship ‎between Strategic Management Accounting (SMA) information, Knowledge Management (KM), and the performance of ‎Malaysian hospitals.

Design/methodology/approach: A survey is employed, and data is collected using self- administered questionnaires. Responses from 95 Malaysian private hospitals were ‎analysed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0.

Design/methodology/approach: This study employed a mixed-method research approach in which the scale observations of taxpayers’ tax compliance practices and the taxpayers' lived experiences and perspectives about tax where integrated. Research Aims - This study investigates the influence of Japanese work cultures on Malaysian foodservice employees’ work stress and their turnover intention. Design/methodology/approach - A total of 381 respondents participated in this study, and the research data was validated prior to the empirical assessment. Research Findings - The results of this study signify that the Japanese work culture amplifies workers disorientation, stress and turnover intention. Besides, thru hierarchical regression, workplace stress was found to mediate the relationship between Japanese work culture and employee turnover intention. Research Aims - This research study focuses on the factors affecting customer trust in mobile financial services (MFS) in Myanmar by developing a research model that incorporates six different factors: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social pressure, enabling conditions, service quality, and satisfaction. Research Aims: This study investigates the link between involvement in direct export activities and firm performance, with reference to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study employed primary data collected from questionnaires administered to 271 exporting SMEs in seven provinces in Jawa-Bali Region. The OLS and GLM regression techniques were employed to estimate the export impact model. Research Findings: The results show that export activities bring the highest performance improvement in product quality, moderate improvement in marketing and networking techniques, total sales, total profit, production technique or technology and worker productivity, and least improvement in domestic sales. …
