Factors Influencing Telecommuters Infrastructure Acceptance: An Investigation Into Videoconferencing, Fatogoma Silue

The study aims to identify key factors influencing telecommuters' videoconferencing acceptance in the United States of America in a context of generalization to every industry. The study looks at a mixture of individual factors like self-efficacy and computer knowledge and organizational factors like corporate support. The seven-point Likert scale measurement was used to build a survey in The Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). The study then applied a modified version of the original technology acceptance model (TAM) to investigate the factors influencing telecommuters' videoconferencing acceptance. This research was conducted to examine the relationship between investment in intelligent systems resources and capabilities (based on artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms) and the effect on company performance. Despite existing research on the benefits of adopting intelligent systems, companies have been slow to adopt as there is lack of research on intelligent systems use cases that will increase firm performance.
