This paper mainly discusses the decision making process of Recruitment Software Selection for mid-sized organizations while comparing and contrasting some heuristics and biases that are encountered during the decision making process. Based on the current IT landscape in the organization, four recruitment solutions have been shortlisted and a decision has to be made to recommend one software solution to the management team.
