This report presents the results of a survey of Central Florida residents and local tourists who did not visit Watermania. These two group will be labeled "non-visitors" The "non-visitor" survey was designed to provide a database for Watermania's management to facilitate marketing and advertising programs. The primary objective of the study was to explore non-visitors' attitudes and preferences toward Watermania and other Central Florida's tourist attractions. In addition, the survey developed demographic profiles of non-visitors and explored their vacation travel patterns.

The primary objective of the study was to analyze the existing and potential market of Watermania in order to increase visitor attendance and improve the park's attractiveness. To meet this end, a sample of the park visitors was interviewed and was asked to express their attitudes toward the park and its features . Very few attempts have been made to adequately evaluate training programs. The research reported here is an attempt to evaluate the effects of the revised orientation and training programs of a fast food franchise. Subjects consisted of 676 hourly employees of a Central Florida fast food franchise who completed questionnaires soliciting measures of the following perceptions: managements' consideration and structure levels and the effectiveness of the revised orientation and training programs. Modest support was found for the prediction that the revised programs would increase the employees' perception of managements' consideration.
