This paper describes and analyzes the Goldendale Pregnancy Resource Center’s annual fundraiser dinner and silent auction that was held November 4, 2021. It discusses the importance of nonprofit organizations, the difficulties encountered when planning the event, and an analysis of areas of improvement for future events. The information gathered will be used to determine the profitability of the event for the Goldendale Pregnancy Resource Center. The purpose of this project was to design a model training program to prepare hotel service employment candidates for hire, in selected hotels in Vancouver, Btitish Columbia, Canada. To accomplish this purpose, a review of current literature regarding training criteria for hotel service occupations employment was conducted.
