The goal of this paper is to better understand frames, strategies and themes used by NYC Health as it pertains to video media related artifacts in their Covid-19 vaccination campaign. This qualitative research examines the extent to which internal communication within member-serving nonprofit organizations is used strategically to harness the dedication of a nearly all-volunteer labor force and align their efforts to achieve organizational goals. After being transferred to the city’s Parks and Grounds Departments, she started being sexually harassed, inappropriately touched and propositioned by her supervisor, Richard Kirkland.
