One potential solution to increasing the supply of affordable housing units is a tiny house village community. Tiny house communities can carry with them a stigma of rundown looks and an RV park aesthetic, but they don't need to. Tiny house communities, at their best, can be thriving communities that are anchored in communal living, shared resources, and affordability. The Commons is a proposed tiny house village development that would be located on 1.6 acres. An agricultural marketing firm in California can represent and advocate for local businesses to start closing the producer to consumer gap.

The Big Short (McKay, 2015), adapted from the non-fiction novel The Big Short: Inside the Doomsday Machine by Michael Lewis (2010), follows three separate but parallel stories leading up to the United States housing crisis of 2008. On a macro-level, the film brilliantly depicted the creation, and the ultimate burst, of the credit and housing market bubble. However, on a micro-level the audience is given an opportunity to realize and empathize with the internal struggle that many of the main characters faced as they grappled with the fact that their financial gain from shorting the market came with the caveat …

The Creation Of Student-Run Public Relations Firms: A Historical Look At Student-Run Firms, Hannah Hazdovac

This study explores the history and background of student-run public relations firms on
college campuses and the benefits, if any, that students receive as a result of working
in such a firm. The public relations industry estimated at growing 18 percent between
2006 and 2016 (Todd, 2009). Even with the sudden expansion of the public relations
industry, and subsequently, public relations education, evidence suggests that recent
public relations graduates often times do meet entry-level outcome expectancies of
employers, leaving a need for a change in curriculum (Creedon, Dostal, Gael, Smith &

Computer Science and Software Engineering
There seems to exist an invisible barrier between people that should be connected but for whatever reasons (don't hang out in the same circles, don't go to the same meetings, or are geographically separated) haven't met each other yet.
Normally these people will only meet when others bring them together or they are thrown together on a project. DSIC aims to preempt the person discovery process by allowing a way for people to post ideas, events, and other collaborations in a single place that can then be searched by other users.
The system utilizes postings, user profiles, and a tagging …
