The current research work aims to explore major activities performed by the university students during academic misconducts and their perception regarding such activities. The study further explores the ethical limits drawn by the students about academic dishonesty. Case study methodology is utilized in this research. Sixty-one post graduate and doctoral students were interviewed. Pattern analysis is conducted to analyze the information received through structured interviews of the participants. The current study examines the relationship among transformational leadership style and decision making styles. It also determines the moderating role of emotional intelligence in predicting this relationship. The primary aim of the present study is to determine the impact of employee decision making styles on organizational performance. Study also investigates the moderating role of emotional intelligence on the relationship among decision making styles and organizational performance. Data is collected on random sampling basis from 187 banking sector employees. Findings of the study determine that employee’s different decision making styles influence organizational performance differently. Major findings include that rational and dependent decision making styles have high positive impact on organizational performance while avoidant decision making styles has negative impact on organizational performance. This study examined the impact of work-family conflict on commitment to organization in public and private universities of Pakistan. The study also specifically determined work-family conflict and the degree of differences between men and women, single and married individuals, and faculty members of public and private universities. Seventy-two faculty members completed Work-Family Conflict Scale (Carlson, Kacmar, & Williams, 2000) and Organizational Commitment Scale (Allen & Meyer, 2000). The purpose of the current paper is to provide a conceptual framework for studying the impact of organizational change on employee job involvement while communication, emotions and psychological contract plays mediating role in this relationship. The current study conceptualize that organizational change followed by effective communication generate the positive emotions which ultimately increase the employee job involvement where as organizational change with ineffective communication causes negative emotions which results in low employee job involvement. The study also founds that organizational change may break the psychological contract between employee and employer which reduces the employee job involvement.

The aim of this study is to identify the decision making styles of mangers in Pakistan. The study also investigates the degree of difference of management status and organizational sector based on decision making styles. Questionnaire method is used to collect data from 223 mangers from different organizations. Major organizational sectors include telecommunication, banking, pharmaceutical and education. First, dependent and, second, rational decision making style are found to be most preferred decision making styles of managers in Pakistan.
