This is an expanded literature review of leadership in Christian higher education institutions, and how leaders and their leadership style, servant, transformational, transactional, and passive-avoidant, impact developmental factors of students such as academic excellence, professional development, ethical and moral development, faith, and spiritual development. This paper is looking directly at the components of colleges and universities that are members of the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU).
