Growing up in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, I discovered my passion for arts through my fine art teacher. Every two months, she would arrange visits to the Cecile Fakhoury gallery or the Donwhahi foundation. As I walked through these spaces, my imagination and mind expanded. These contemporary art platforms opened doors to me, giving me the opportunity to work in the arts.
