The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between non financial rewards and employees job satisfaction for the educational sector of Pakistan. We had conducted a survey on Public sector School teachers to examine the relationship of non financial rewards (i.e. promotion, job enrichment and job autonomy) and employee's satisfaction towards job. Sample of 200 full time employees was taken. Schools were randomly selected from the city of Wah Cantt. Structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. The response rate was 86 percent.
