This study aimed to exploring the strength and weakness of applied total quality management at accounting sections at Jordan Customs, and to know the accountants opinion about the true characters of it. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a questioner was developed and distributed to the study sample, (85) members responded, (12) questionnaires were excluded, the analysis is based on (73) questionnaires containing full information, forming a response rate of (85) percent.
