The wellness tourism market is showing exponential growth and potential, the need for human resources is also growing. This causes a human resources challenge and opportunity to address and leaves the question: Can everyone ultimately benefit from a thoughtfully created environment that not only takes care of guests, but where does this leave the employees providing the services? The study aimed to identify the obstacles to managing social institutions in light of the Corona pandemic. The study sample consisted of (15) general managers and directors of sub-sections in social institutions working in the field. The study used the qualitative approach for the purposes of the study, and the researchers used the interview as a tool for collecting information and data. Understanding brand value appropriation and financial consequences of advertising is important for more focused investments in branding and marketing. Executives are beginning to recognize the potential of the call center as a significant revenue generator, perhaps one of the surest investments they can make in enhancing and creating customer value and bottom-line profits. Return on investments made in customer accessibility is seldom less than 100% in the first year, and frequently even more if customer lifetime value is included in the equation.
