This study contains an explanation of the tasks of the human resources division in implementing the employee engagement program at PT ABC, and there are several obstacles and solutions in implementing the program, as well as shortcomings in implementing the employee engagement program at PT ABC. The purpose is to explain the implementation of employee engagement programs at PT ABC. Qualitative methods carry out this writing through observations, interview techniques, and documentation.
