President Xi Jinping is a pivotal actor on the world stage and holds powerful positions within both the Chinese government and the Chinese Communist Party. Assessing the president of the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) is an increasingly important subject as the United States shifts more diplomatic and military resources to Pacific to implement their Pivot to Asian strategy.
