Objective: To evaluate the behavior management technique (Tell, show and do) and the psychological impact on the child and parents in dental practice. Material and Methods: In the present study 600 children were examined and assessed for the success of administration of local anesthesia in the dental office. The sample was divided into two main groups 300 in public practice and 300 in private practice.
