Neutrosophic Hankel Transforms And Their Application To Cross-Domain Legislative Integration, Mona Gharib, Mehboob Ali, Ishtiaq Hussain
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
This paper introduces the Neutrosophic Hankel Transform (NHT) as a novel mathematical framework for modeling systems with radial structure under uncertainty, indeterminacy, and inconsistency. Building upon classical Hankel transforms and neutrosophic logic, we define two complementary realizations: a componentwise transform (NHT–C) that transports uncertainty with the signal, and a kernel-weighted transform (NHT–K) that embeds neutrosophic weights into the integral kernel. We establish linearity, inversion, and Parseval-type relations, and derive operational rules that diagonalize the Bessel radial operator.
To demonstrate utility, we formulate a radial diffusion–reaction model for pollutant concentration in a radialized river cross-section and solve it in closed form …

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
In a digital world where scientific articles are published at an unprecedented rate, an additional step in the research process to facilitate discovery is an effective search and filtering for worthwhile articles. Thus, this study aims to solve the following research problem: how to search for scientific articles using artificial intelligence (AI) while applying ethical considerations and ancestral knowledge? The topical relevance is that as AI is a great vessel to seek potentially accessible knowledge, searches can be guaranteed through accuracy, inclusivity, and ethics. While many studies exist on the topic of AI related to searching, few, if any, extend …

Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
A new paradigm called cognitive computing simulates human reasoning and decision-making through integrating advanced techniques such as artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP). Cognitive computing systems, in contrast to traditional systems, can handle both structured and unstructured data, adjust to new information, and offer context-sensitive insights. This study examines how cognitive computing improves decision-making, personalization, and human-machine collaboration in various fields. Cognitive computing in the healthcare sector processes clinical notes, imaging data, and electronic health records to help physicians with diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient engagement. This study examines key applications, including their role in diagnostic support, where …

Type-2 Neutrosophic Numbers For Artificial Intelligence Software Choice For Cybersecurity Testing, O.M. Akash, We’Am Adel Talafha, Mamdouh Gomaa
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
The choice of artificial intelligence (AI) software for cybersecurity testing is a multi-criteria decision-making approach (MCDM) due to it including different criteria. Evaluation decision making problems include uncertainty and vague information. So, the neutrosophic set is used in this study to overcome this uncertainty and vague information. It has three functions such as truth, indeterminacy, and falsity functions. Type-2 neutrosophic numbers is a type of neutrosophic set that includes nine membership functions. This study uses the average method of computing the criteria weights. The CoCoSo method is used to rank alternatives. Six experts and decision makers created the decision makers …

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
The paper addresses the challenge of integrating natural language processing (NLP) with neutrosophic logic to solve problems where uncertainty, ambiguity, and indeterminacy play a critical role. This approach becomes particularly relevant in an increasingly digitalized world, where human-machine interaction requires a deeper understanding of linguistic and contextual nuances. Despite advances in conventional NLP, many existing methodologies lack tools to effectively manage undefined or contradictory elements present in real data. In this context, neutrosophic logic offers an innovative framework to model and analyze complex and multifaceted human perceptions. The study applies a methodology that combines advanced NLP techniques with neutrosophic analytical …

Thorax disease is a life-threatening disease caused by bacterial infections that occur in the lungs. It could be deadly if not treated at the right time, so early diagnosis of thoracic diseases is vital. The suggested study can assist radiologists in more swiftly diagnosing thorax disorders and in the rapid airport screening of patients with a thorax disease, such as pneumonia. This paper focuses on automatically detecting and localizing thorax disease using chest X-ray images. It provides accurate detection and localization using DenseNet-121 which is foundation of our proposed framework, called Z-Net. The proposed framework utilizes the weighted cross-entropy loss …
Brain Tumor Detection From Mri Images With Using Proposed Deep Learningmodel: The Partial Correlation-Based Channel Selection, Atinç Yilmaz
Brain Tumor Detection From Mri Images With Using Proposed Deep Learningmodel: The Partial Correlation-Based Channel Selection, Atinç Yilmaz
Turkish Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences
A brain tumor is an abnormal growth of a mass or cell in the brain. Early diagnosis of the tumor significantly increases the chances of successful treatment. Artificial intelligence-based systems can detect the tumor in early stages. In this way, it could be possible to detect a tumor and resolve this problem that may endanger human life early. In the study, the partial correlation-based channel selection formula was presented that allowed the selection of the most prominent feature that differs from the other studies in the literature. Additionally, the multi-channel convolution structure was proposed for the feature network phase of …

This article is an update of our previous article in this SGJ journal, titled: On Gödel's Incompleteness Theorem, Artificial Intelligence & Human Mind [7]. We provide some commentary on the latest developments around AI, humanoid robotics, and future scenario. Basically, we argue that a more thoughtful approach to the future is "technorealism."

Neutrosophy is a new branch of philosophy which studies the origin, nature and scope of neutralities. This has formed the basis for a series of mathematical theories that generalize the classical and fuzzy theories such as the neutrosophic sets and the neutrosophic logic. In the paper, the fundamental concepts related to neutrosophy and its antecedents are presented. Additionally, fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence will be defined and how neutrosophy has come to strengthen this discipline.
