Research Aims: To evaluate the factors that can shape attitudes to use and purchase intentions for e-cars, either directly or through mediating variables.

Design/methodology/approach: Data were collected through a quantitative approach by administering a survey to 410 respondents, both those who already owned an e-cars and those who did not. Analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method.

Research Findings: The output shows that Performance Expectancy and Social Influence significantly influence Attitude Toward Using and Purchase Intention. Meanwhile, Facilitating Condition positively affects Attitude Toward Using, but requires the mediation of Attitude Toward …

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing students at Universitas Indonesia (UI) in participating in the boycott movement against products affiliated with Israel. Data were collected through an online survey of 408 UI students from the 2021–2024 cohorts. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. Analysis using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) demonstrates that anger, empathy, and subjective norms have a positive and significant impact on boycott intentions, while religiosity is not significant. Economic threats are found to increase anger, which in turn drives boycott intentions. These findings emphasize that emotional factors and social pressure play a …

This article identifies five key consumer segments based on digital technology-related behavior, attitudes toward technology (ATT), and cultural values, using cross-cultural data from the large-scale World Values Survey and national data from Pew Research data, and a combination of traditional clustering, latent class analysis, and explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) methods. The segments— Moderate Tech Enthusiasts, Highly Religious Traditionalists, Tech-Savvy Cosmopolitans, Secular Emancipatives, and Conservative Technophobes— reveal varying degrees of technology adoption and cosmopolitanism across cultures. The increasing rate of cybervictimization has been documented in various countries, including Malaysia. However, there is a dearth of measurement tools with sound psychometric properties suitable for the Malaysian context. To address this methodological gap, the Malaysia Cybervictimization Scale for Adolescents (MyCVS-A) was developed based on qualitative inputs from adolescents in Malaysia. It was subsequently translated into Malay (MyCVS-A-M) and Chinese (MyCVS-A-C). Two studies were conducted to examine the psychometric properties of these two translated versions. This research examines the framing conducted by Palestinian influencers on the social media platform Instagram following the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, 2023. The study analyzes how these influencers use the platform to convey information about the conditions in Gaza after the attack. The methodology used is content analysis of several Palestinian influencers' accounts to observe differences in their content presentation. The findings indicate that the content uploaded by these influencers focuses on daily life, social impacts, and geographical conditions post-attack. In this article, I seek to build on recent scholarship investigating the aesthetic status of AI-generated objects and the creative potential of machine learning by asking how AI glitches can be productive, both poetically and pedagogically. This article examines two performance models of Reyog Ponorogo: the festival model and the obyokan model. These two competing models represent differing perspectives on one side, the interests of the artists and the community, and on the other, the interests of the state. By applying cultural studies theories, particularly those of representation and hegemony, this study analyzes data collected through observations of Reyog performances at both festival and obyokan events, as well as interviews with artists and community members. Unfortunately, leadership studies has some trouble imagining queer leadership, or rather, queer theory and leadership studies. In order to integrate the more abstract aspects of queer theory with the largely evidence-based field of leadership studies, I draw on the texts, history, practices, and theory of queer anarchism. This article aims to explore the application of visual grammar in a cross-cultural context. Taking the visual grammar performance of electric car advertisements in different cultural backgrounds as an example, it analyzes how visual elements in these advertisements reflect visual grammar from a cross-cultural perspective, focusing on the principles of cross-cultural business communication. In this paper, we use a feminist dialogue to query publication deaths that haunt us. We ruminate on respective past publications that remain unread and uncited, despite encapsulating defining events in our development as scholars. For Author Kaye Hare this was an affective narrative that troubled a seemingly ideal moment of public scholarship; for Author Amber Moore, this was a hard-fought analysis of precarious intersectional feminist resistance in popular culture. In pronatalist societies, the decision to remain childfree creates a conflict-laden scenario. This article explores how childfree women confront social hostility and defend their reproductive autonomy through resistance strategies and tactics. With this aim, the results of a feminist research, positioned from feminist Standpoint theory and digital ethnography, are presented. The researcher conducted biographical-narrative interviews with sixteen voluntary childless women from Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Spain, and the United Kingdom, all of whom were members of a childfree Facebook group. Given the ubiquitous nature of love, numerous theories have been proposed to explain its existence. One such theory refers to love as a commitment device, suggesting that romantic love evolved to foster commitment between partners and enhance their reproductive success. In the present study, we investigated this hypothesis using a large-scale sample of 86,310 individual responses collected across 90 countries. If romantic love is universally perceived as a force that fosters commitment between long-term partners, we expected that individuals likely to suffer greater losses from the termination of their relationships—including people of lower socioeconomic status, those with many children, and …
