Introduction: This research aimed to investigate which waves, Theta or Beta, are significant predictors of visual simple and complex reaction times during the Vienna test, using regression modeling. The research material comprised the test results of male judo athletes (n = 24), selected through mixed sampling (purposive and random). The study was conducted in two cycles, differentiated by frequency but with the same duration of EEG biofeedback sessions, in both the control and experimental groups. The first cycle of the study consisted of 15 sessions held every other day. Each training session lasted for 4 minutes. The second series …

This study aims to investigate the relationship between curiosity and device addiction factors and motivation towards digital literacy in the context of smart learning. This study used a qualitative approach involving 228 students majoring in Electronics Engineering Education at Universitas Negeri Padang. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire with a saturated sampling method, ensuring all relevant respondents were involved. To evaluate the measurement model of the research questions, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was used. The results revealed that digital literacy is significantly influenced by three main factors: curiosity, gadget addiction and app addiction. Furthermore, the study found that …

This century has necessitated scholars to probe the credence of science in the news reportage of the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, this paper aims to establish the locus of science as treated by CNN against the backdrop of this global health crisis. Using Nisbet's (2009) typology as the new paradigm in public engagement as informed by content analysis, this paper argues that CNN Philippines' news articles are mostly framed as scientific/technical uncertainty which holds science with the highest esteem in decision-making, but it also disregards its authority for political reasons. This study used a descriptive quantitative method to determine the influence of digital and vocational information literacy on students' learning outcomes in three vocational schools in the Sragen Regency. This research uses a mixed methods approach with a sequential exploratory design. This design applied a qualitative approach followed by a quantitative approach. The impact of item parceling to improve model fit indexes in confirmatory factor analysis has been on debate amongst psychometricians. In this study, the effectiveness of item parceling was examined using Tes Potensi Akademik Pascasarjana (PAPS) or Postgraduate Academic Potential Test in Universitas Gadjah Mada. Item parceling approach, second-order approach, and item-based approach of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used for examination. This study aims to construct and test the validity of the Islamic youth religiosity scale. The population in this study is Muslim students of senior high schools in Surakarta, Central Java, with a sample of 258 established using the random sampling technique.
