Introduction: Deep stabilization system (DSS) strength and endurance are crucial for injury prevention and athletic performance. Training surfaces can influence training outcomes; therefore, this study aimed to compare the impact of performing strength trunk exercises on unstable and stable surfaces with conventional trunk exercises. Materials and Methods: DSS and trunk stability were assessed before and after 10 weeks of three different training interventions among twenty elite futsal players. Each intervention included 25 strength training sessions. Pre- and post-tests encompassed various measurements, including diaphragm, trunk flexion, trunk back extension, hip flexion, intraabdominal pressure, side plank, pronation, and supination tests. Instructional videos have become a popular tool for teaching complex topics in computer networking. However, these videos can often be lengthy and time-consuming, making it difficult for learners to obtain the key information they need. In this study, we propose an approach that leverages automatic summarization and language models to generate concise and informative summaries of instructional videos. To enhance the performance of the summarization algorithm, we also incorporate video attributes that provide contextual information about the video content. The helmet is one of the protective equipment for the head when driving. Although it is a protector, some criminals misuse helmets to disguise their identities, such as robbery at ATMs. Some places have put a sticker not to wear a helmet in the ATM room. Vocational students are confronted by intricate demands once they graduate. Despite the considerable need for vocational graduates in the workforce, most students have a limited understanding of digital and vocational information. This study used a descriptive quantitative method to determine the influence of digital and vocational information literacy on students' learning outcomes in three vocational schools in the Sragen Regency. Cluster Random Sampling was used to select a sample of 111 students. This dissertation introduces a novel vacuum technology that leverages low-pressure saturated steam and cooling-controlled condensation, offering an efficient way to utilize low-grade thermal energy sources like waste heat, steam, or solar energy. At the heart of this technology is a unique duo-chamber vacuum pump system, featuring a reciprocating piston and a heat-conductive wall, designed to generate a vacuum through steam-condensation and cooling processes.

The research uses the Research & Development (R&D) method combined with the ASSURE model, which involves six stages: analyzing students, expressing goals, selecting methods, media, and materials, using media and materials, requiring student participation, and evaluating and revising. The study uses expert validation, questionnaires, interviews, and a pretest-posttest design to evaluate the effectiveness of the PBL-based blended learning approach. Essentially, project-based learning, currently referred to as a method for citizenship education in higher education, is rooted in the concept of civic engagement, which is the most critical determinant of success in transitioning to adult citizenship.
