The aim of this study is to explore the feasibility of rotary evaporation for drying wetmilled drug suspensions as a novel approach to produce drug nanocomposites that exhibit fast redispersion and immediate drug release. To this end, the physical stability of the nanomilled itraconazole (drug) suspensions, a.k.a., nanosuspensions, during the milling and storage; the drying of the itraconazole nanosuspensions via the rotary evaporator; and the type/loading of various polymers/surfactants (dispersants) on aqueous redispersion and drug release from the nanocomposites were examined. The issue that this study addresses is to observe whether there exists a statistical relation between the stock market and Reddit’s wallstreetbets. Previous research mainly focused on the relation between the stock market and Twitter. To gather data for the study, comments were scrapped from the subreddit wallstreetbets for a period of four months, Jan 1, 2021, till April 30, 2021. Giant phages are of interest for biocontrol of pathogenic bacteria, however, there is limited knowledge about their biology. We study the Salmonella phage SPN3US to better understand virion structure and function. SPN3US has a contractile tail and a large T=27 icosahedral capsid that contains its 240-kb genome. Previous analyses showed the SPN3US virion is highly unusual because it contains >80 different proteins, a number that is highly unusual for a tailed phage. To aid in the prioritization of vulnerabilities, analysts often utilize Common Vulnerability Scoring System’s Base severity scores. However, the Base scores provided from the National Vulnerability Database are subjective and may incorrectly convey the severity of the vulnerability in an organization's network. This thesis proposes a method to statically analyze context-aware network graphs to increase accuracy of CVSS severity scores.
