This Action Research Project is a study of the challenges faced in collecting consistent data for the development of Key Performance Indicators at three Cement Distribution Terminals in Michigan. The organization is described in detail and the key responsibilities of each functional department set forth. The competitive environment of the organization is presented and its impact on the problem issue discussed.
