This study examined the use of social media for information service delivery in Olusegun Oke Library LAUTECH Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria. Descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. Library personnel constitute the respondent, fifty-one (51) both (librarian and library officer). Questionnaire and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) were the instrument used to gather data. One research question and three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. Descriptive Survey design was chosen for the study. The purpose of this study was to measure the number of contributions and highlight the contributions made by the researchers in the field of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and published on the Web of Science database during 2016-2020 using scientometric analysis. Data were interpreted by using software such as Bibexcel, Vosviewer, and tabulated using MS Excel. The results indicated that 8103 papers were published during 2016 - 2020 and the highest number of publications 2067 (25.51%) was produced in 2020.
