The paper is scientometric study of DESIDOC Journal of Library and Information Science (DJLIT) and Annals of Library and Information Studies (ALIS). The analysis is based on 862 records retrieved from Scopus. Average growth rate for both the journals is registered as 1.64% while RGR differed from 0.32 to 3.76. B. M. Gupta with 28 contributions is identified as the most prolific authors. The fractionalized authorship revealed Sen, B. K. to be the most significant. The purpose of this study was to measure the number of contributions and highlight the contributions made by the researchers in the field of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and published on the Web of Science database during 2016-2020 using scientometric analysis. Data were interpreted by using software such as Bibexcel, Vosviewer, and tabulated using MS Excel. The results indicated that 8103 papers were published during 2016 - 2020 and the highest number of publications 2067 (25.51%) was produced in 2020. In this study we aims to measure and evaluate the quantitative growth of research productivity of VSS University of Technology, Odisha using scientometrics parameters such as annual growth rate, author productivity, institution-wide collaboration, and collaboration pattern. The research publications data of VSSUT were retrieved from Scopus from 2015 to 2020. The total publications of 1889 sample datasets are used for this study.
