This present paper aims to examine the effect of Board Characteristics (Size, Independence, Board meeting, Nationality diversity, and Educational level diversity) on intellectual capital (IC) performance of banks listed on the Bahrain Stock Exchange. All modern organizations should incorporate knowledge management (KM) practices, particularly knowledge sharing behavior (KSB). This research investigates factors influencing KSB based on planned behavior theory and the technology acceptance model in higher education institutes (HEIs) in Jordan. This paper was displaying the importance of several laws, regulations, resources, and practices that support the understanding of students with disabilities, as well as emphasized the impact of implementing assistive technology (AT) in schools. Also, this paper presented the evidenced-based practices to implement AT and the potential impact on students with disabilities when utilizing concepts such as WATI, Quality Indicators of AT, the assistive technology continuum (high- low tech), and the SETT Framework. The current research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of using mobile interactive voice assistant applications (i.e. Siri and Google Assistant) in developing Saudi university students’ academic self-efficacy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research followed the one group quasi-experimental design. It was delimited to a period of the second term during the academic year 2020-2021. The goal of this research was to check the impact of eco-tourism attitude, eco-tourism interest, and destination image on eco-intention. The sample size of this study was 309, gathered using convenience sampling. The data collection instrument was developed using five-point Likert scale. The data was analyzed by using PLS-SEM. The present research aims to identify the role of educational administration in achieving sustainable development in public education during Corona (COVID-19) pandemic. The authors utilized the qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that Saudi Arabia’s vision 2030 has paid great attention to sustainable development, which focuses on the environmental, financial, infrastructure and social dimensions of sustainability. However, public education departments have not fully implemented sustainable development. Moreover, the research presents some suggestions for developing the role of educational administration in achieving sustainable development in public education during COVID- 19 pandemic in terms of its different dimensions. A Proposal For Activating The Saudi Women's Participation In Sports Activities And Events, Norah Almudaires

The present research aims to identify the reality of the Saudi woman’s participation in sports activities and events as well as the relevant obstacles, suggest the mechanisms that activate woman’s participation in sports and present a proposal that activates this participation. To achieve the research objectives, the author adopted the descriptive analytical method and a questionnaire was adopted as a tool. The results showed that woman’s participation in sports activities and events was poor. Moreover, the percentage of the reality was low rated (55.6%). Furthermore, the percentage of the obstacles was high rated (75.7%). All suggestions were of high agreement. …
