Waste management is a key to sustainable development and environmental safety, particularly in the environment of the fast evolving smart cities. This study proposes a new decision-making model that will assist in the process of choosing effective sustainable methods in waste management for smart cities. It compares the four methods of waste management in relation to seven factors. Two Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) are used i) Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and ii) Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in a Neutrosophic Soft Set (NSS) environment. NSS have a more adaptive structure on dealing with the uncertainty …

Scheduling involves assigning resources to jobs within specified constraints over time. Traditionally, the processing time for each job was considered a constant value. However, in practical scenarios, job processing times can dynamically fluctuate based on prevailing circumstances. In this article, a novel approach is presented for the two-machine fuzzy Flow-Shop Scheduling Problem (FSSP) in a fuzzy environment, where job processing times are represented by trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Additionally, a novel algorithm based on Goyal's approach for the two-machine FSSP with fuzzy processing times has been proposed and developed. Simultaneously, an existing algorithm has been enhanced to improve its performance in …

As a result of recent developments in highway research as well as the increased use of vehicles, there has been a significant interest paid to the most current, effective, and precise Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). In the field of computer vision or digital image processing, the identification of specific objects in an image plays a crucial role in the creation of a comprehensive image. There is a challenge associated with Vehicle License Plate Recognition (VLPR) because of the variation in viewpoints, multiple formats, and non-uniform lighting conditions at the time of acquisition of the image, shape, and color, in addition, …

In the contemporary digital landscape, the imperative issue of data security continues to be a prominent concern. Numerous encryption systems have faced challenges stemming from their intricate nature and susceptibility to cyber threats. This study introduces Cypher-X, an advanced encryption and decryption system that adeptly integrates classical algorithms, namely RSA and Vigenère, to fortify data confidentiality. This research endeavors to address prevailing concerns by focusing on three primary objectives: augmenting data security measures, evaluating system efficiency, and identifying vulnerabilities exploited by cyber adversaries. The outcomes of our investigation affirm the robust encryption capabilities of Cypher-X, underscoring its potential for further …

In this paper, we define some generalizations of topological group namely -topological group, -topological group and -topological group with illustrative examples. Also, we define grill topological group with respect to a grill. Later, we deliberate the quotient on generalizations of topological group in particular -topological group. Moreover, we model a robotic system which relays on the quotient of -topological group.
