This dissertation attempts to determine the effect of managerial Executive on healthcare supply chain risk management maturity. The healthcare industry is faced with constant risk to its supply chain and operates under the expectation that healthcare will continue to be delivered even under the most severe and disruptive of conditions. The effect of a manager, who operationalizes firm strategy, may impact the maturity level of a hospital’s risk management efforts.
