Background: Brugada syndrome (BrS) is a rare cardiac arrhythmic syndrome which can increase the risk of sudden cardiac death in patients without structural heart disease. BrS may affect patients’ quality of life due to long-term follow-up. Objective: To identify the quality of life and related factors in patients with BrS. Methods: Twenty-nine patients with BrS from King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital were recruited between August 2019 to April 2020. Objective : The purpose of this cross-sectional descriptive study is to explore the level of anxiety and its associated factors regarding job application in senior undergraduate students of Chulalongkorn University. การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณา เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ครอบครัว ความสามารถในการเบิกค่ารักษา อาการวิตกกังวลซึ่งเป็นอุปนิสัย และ อาการวิตกกังวลขณะเผชิญ ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีอาการแพ้ท้องอย่างรุนแรง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ หญิงตั้งครรภ์ ที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่ามีอาการแพ้ท้องอย่างรุนแรง และได้เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยสูติกรรม 3 คณะแพทย ศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ในระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม 2541 ถึง มีนาคม 2543 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดย ใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS. FW Version 7.5 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ครอบครัว ความสามารถในการเบิกค่ารักษาพยาบาลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับอาการวิตกกังวล ซึ่งเป็นอุปนิสัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ อาการวิตกกังวลซึ่งเป็นอุปนิสัยมีความสําคัญทางบวกกับอาการ วิตกกังวลขณะเผชิญอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ระดับอาการวิตกกังวล ซึ่งเป็นอุปนิสัยและระดับการศึกษา สามารถร่วมกันทำนายอาการวิตกกังวลขณะเผชิญได้ร้อยละ 14.5 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัย ครั้งนี้พยาบาลสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดูแลหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ซึ่งมีอาการแพ้ท้องอย่างรุนแรง โดยการ ให้ข้อมูลกับหญิงตั้งครรภ์เพื่อลดอาการวิตกกังวล และสามารถตั้งครรภ์ต่อไปได้อย่างมีความสุข

การศึกษาระดับความกลัวและกังวลใจของนิสิตจุฬาฯ ต่อการใช้บริการทางทันตกรรม, สุนทร ระพิสุวรรณ, ขวัญศิริ เปล่งสมบัติ, วิชุลดา พุนทิกาพัทธ์, ศุลีพร ธีระเจตกูล

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับความกลัวและกังวลใจต่อการใช้บริการทางทันตกรรมและ ปัจจัยเกี่ยวข้อง ของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยสาขาต่าง ๆ วัสดุและวิธีการ ประชากรศึกษาที่นํามาวิเคราะห์มีจํานวน 660 คน ได้รับการแจกแบบสอบถามที่ประกอบด้วย คําถามด้านประชากรศาสตร์ และคําถามของ The Carah's Dental Anxiety Scale ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ร้อยละ 8.6 ของประชากรศึกษาไม่แสดงความกลัวและกังวลใจต่อการใช้บริการทางทันตกรรม ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความกลัวและกังวลใจต่อการใช้บริการทันตกรรม (DAS score) เท่ากับ 8.51± 3.27 เพศหญิง นิสิตในคณะต่างกันจะมีความกลัวและกังวลใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญ มีความกลัวและกังวลใจมากกว่าเพศชายทางสถิติ (P≤0.001) และประสบการณ์ในการใช้บริการทันตกรรมครั้งแรกในชีวิตมีผลต่อความกลัวและกังวลใจของ กลุ่มนี้อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (P≤0.001)สรุป 1. ระดับความกลัวและกังวลใจของประชากรศึกษากลุ่มนี้เท่ากับ 8.51 ± 3.27 2. เพศ, กลุ่มคณะและประสบการณ์ในการใช้บริการทันตกรรมครั้งแรกมีผลต่อความกลัวและกังวลใจอย่าง มีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา 1. ต้องการศึกษาระดับความกลัวและกังวลใจต่อการใช้บริการทันตกรรมของคนไทย กลุ่มที่มารับบริการทันตกรรมที่คลินิกนอกเวลาของคณะทันแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 2. ศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความรู้สึกกลัวและกังวลใจ วัสดุและวิธีการ ประชากรศึกษาที่นํามาวิเคราะห์มีจํานวน 650 คน มีอายุตั้งแต่ 15 ปี จนถึง 76 ปี ซึ่งได้มาใช้ บริการทันตกรรมที่คลินิกนอกเวลาและถูกสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ ได้รับการแจกแบบสอบถามที่ประกอบด้วยคําถามด้านประชากรศาสตร์และคําถามของ The Corah's Dental Anxiety Scale ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 10.6 เปอร์เซ็นต์ของประชากรศึกษาไม่แสดงความกลัวและกังวลใจต่อการมาใช้บริการทันตกรรม, 30.7 เปอร์เซ็นต์ กลัวปานกลาง และ 8.8 เปอร์เซ็นต์ กลัวมากจนถึงมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความกลัว และ กังวลใจต่อการใช้บริการทันตกรรม (DAS) เท่ากับ 8.30 13.24 เพศหญิงมีความกลัวและกังวลใจมากกว่าเพศ ชาย คนหนุ่มสาวและวัยรุ่นมีความกลัวมากกว่าผู้สูงอายุ ความเจ็บปวดจากการได้เคยใช้บริการทันตกรรมครั้งแรก จะมีผลต่อความรู้สึกกลัวและกังวลใจ (p<0.001) สรุป 1. ระดับความกลัวและกังวลใจของประชากรศึกษากลุ่มนี้เท่ากับ 8.3043.24 2. อายุ, เพศ,ประสบการณ์ความเจ็บปวดจากการรับบริการทันตกรรมครั้งแรกมีผลต่อความกลัวและกังวลใจ อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ

วัตถุประสงค์ การศึกษานี้ต้องการศึกษาถึงคุณภาพชีวิตของนิสิตทันตแพทย์จุฬาฯ และปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อความวิตกกังวลและเครียดระหว่างที่ศึกษาเล่าเรียน วัสดุและวิธีการ ใช้แบบสอบถามซึ่งประกอบด้วยคําถามยี่สิบข้อที่สร้างขึ้นและนําไปทดสอบแล้วส่งให้นิสิตทันตแพทย์ จุฬาฯ จํานวน 497 คน ตอบ สาระของคําถามจะประกอบด้วยคําถามทางด้านประชากรศาสตร์ คําถามเกี่ยวกับ ระดับอารมณ์ความเครียดและกังวลใจและสภาวะของสุขภาพ สาเหตุที่ทําให้นิสิตมีอารมณ์เครียดวิตกกังวล ผลการศึกษา คุณภาพชีวิตของนิสิตทันตแพทย์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ไม่ค่อยมีความสุข 62.9 เปอร์เซ็นต์มีอารมณ์ที่ เบื่อหน่ายการเรียนและการฝึกปฏิบัติงานในคลินิกและแลบ 64.2 เปอร์เซ็นต์มีความวิตกกังวล ยิ่งศึกษาในชั้นปีที่สูง ขึ้นความวิตกกังวลมีมากขึ้น สาเหตุของความวิตกกังวลและเครียดของนิสิตมาจาก 1) การเรียนที่หนักและขาดเวลา พักผ่อน 2) บรรยากาศการเข้าหาอาจารย์และท่าทีที่แสดงออกของอาจารย์ 3) ปริมาณงานที่ได้รับและต้องทําให้ ครบเกณฑ์ 4) การสอบและเกรด นิสิตที่เรียนและเล่นกีฬาจะมีอารมณ์เครียดน้อยกว่านิสิตที่เรียนอย่างเดียวโดยไม่เล่นกีฬา (P=0.000)สรุป นิสิตทันตแพทย์มีความเครียดและวิตกกังวลค่อนข้างมาก กว่าครึ่งหนึ่งของนิสิตมีความรู้สึกที่เบื่อหน่ายการเรียน ฉะนั้นการจัดการเรียนการสอนควรจะต้องมีการวางแผนและบริหารจัดการให้ดี ควรมีการจัดการเรื่องการให้คําปรึกษา ช่วยเหลือนิสิตในยามที่มีปัญหาด้านการเรียนทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ

จากแบบสอบถามซึ่งจัดทําขึ้นเพื่อการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ทําให้ผู้ใช้บริการทันตกรรมที่คลินิกนอกเวลาของคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ผิดนัด พบว่า 76.1% เป็นคนโสด 39.5% มีอาชีพรับราชการ 78% มีรายได้ไม่เกิน 10,000 บาท ปัจจัยที่ทําให้ต้องผิดนัด ได้แก่ติดธุระอื่นที่จําเป็นกว่า 51.4% ปัญหาจราจรติดขัด 46.50% ช่วงการนัดห่างกันนานเกินไป 25% ลืมการนัดหมาย 22% การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พบว่า อายุกับเหตุผลติดธุระอื่นที่จําเป็น รายได้กับช่วงการนัดหมายที่ห่างนานเกินไป ปัญหาการเงินกับระยะเวลาที่ใช้การรักษามีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (P < .01)
