Purpose: The study is emphasized on prospects of the applications of drones also known as Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology in library services and related functions of different sections of the library. One of the major purposes of this study is to provide doorstep services to users without physical access to the library.

The main purpose of the study is to examine the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) Library System in India. The survey method is applied to IIT Libraries, where the questionnaire is used as a tool for data collection. This study is limited to IIT Libraries of India that established till 2015 with the inclusion of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, one of the oldest institutes of the country, renamed in 2016. Purpose: This study aims to provide a comparative analysis on knowledge hierarchy taking into account countries such as India, China and United States of America on digital library perspective research from 2007 to 2017.

Methodology: This study covers articles published in the Web of Science database where 242 articles were taken into consideration and further analysis was done for the stipulated time period.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the ICT skills of LIS professionals working in the college libraries affiliated to the University of Delhi and bring inferences for the betterment of the library. In the present study, the data was collected from the respondents through a structured questionnaire using survey method. The questionnaires were distributed among 60 LIS professionals of various college libraries affiliated to the University of Delhi through online and personal meetings, eliciting a response of 100 per cent. The purpose of this paper is to determine the awareness and use of cloud computing services and technology among library personnel and library users in selected university libraries in Gujarat, India. A detailed survey was piloted using structured set of questionnaires among 210 library users which comprised of post graduate students, research scholars and faculty of the respective university and 15 senior library professionals participated in the survey. Study discovered that 78.57% of library users and 80% of library staff are aware about cloud technology. The purpose of this paper is to ascertain the awareness and use of cloud computing technologies among the library professionals in the Kerala University Library system, India. A survey was conducted using questionnaire among the 102 library professionals employed in the central and departmental libraries of the University of Kerala. The study revealed that 42.16% of the library professionals did not have much idea about cloud computing technology.
