The autogenous transplantation of fully developped mandibular third molar to the mandibular first molar area in 2 patients indicated that endodontic treatment was also required in appropriate time. Failure of the treatment including ankylosis and root resorption should be taken into consideration especially in case when endodontic treatment is performed immediately before tooth transplantation.(การย้ายปลูกฟันกรามล่างซี่สุดท้ายซึ่งมีการเจริญของปลายรากฟันเต็มที่แล้ว ในผู้ป่วย 2 รายแสดง การรักษาคลองรากฟันเป็นสิ่งจําเป็นต้องกระทําในช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสม ความล้มเหลวของการ บําบัด ประกอบด้วย ฟันยึดติดกับกระดูก (ankylosis) และการละลายของรากฟัน เป็นสิ่งที่ต้องคํานึงถึง โดยเฉพาะในรายที่ต้องรักษาคลองรากฟันทันทีก่อนการย้ายปลูกฟัน)
