The purpose of this volunteer resource guide is to provide older adults a booklet with a variety of volunteer programs available in the Bowling Green/Wood County area. There are several benefits to volunteering including gaining an increased sense of purpose, giving back to the community, and fulfilling new roles in later life. It is made more convenient for the older adults in the community to access information about each program by listing it in one spot.
