In contrast with the rest of the world, Student Affair at public universities are much more prevalent in the United States. Other countries are making efforts to begin and/or improve resources offered to students, introducing the concept more and more. One nation that has very limited exposure to the concept of Student Affairs is Germany. They focus mainly on providing instruction for a smaller number of students and research resources.
