Financial institutions may be liquidated by banking fraud. Bank leaders are concerned about ineffective strategies to prevent fraud and reduce revenue losses. Grounded in the fraud diamond theory and the fraud triangle theory, this qualitative pragmatic inquiry study aimed to identify and explore bank leaders' strategies to reduce fraud in the Nigerian banking industry. Data were collected by conducting semistructured interviews with nine bank leaders from six Nigerian banks and reviewing publicly accessible information from their companies' websites. The need for soft skills in corrections and law enforcement continues to be polarized in the media, and the courts, costing organizations billions in litigation and, in some cases, costing the lives for which the individuals have sworn to protect. The purpose of this quantitative correlational study aimed to examine the relationship between counterproductive work behavior (CWB) and emotional intelligence (EI). Bullying in the U.S. workplace is an ongoing issue that transcends industry boundaries due to perpetrators’ ineffectiveness in viewing all coworkers as equals. The purpose of this qualitative interpretative phenomenological analysis study was to explore the lived experiences of Black/African American men who endure workplace colorism bullying. Critical race theory provided the conceptual framework, which labeled racism as an omnipresent systemic force. Many American veterans return to the civilian workforce and report having problems reintegrating into society, as well as finding their role in the new corporate social realms. Over 80% leave their civilian jobs within the first two years of employment, and over 70% report experiencing feelings of loneliness. Recently, the World Health Organization reported that the lack of perceived social inclusion also has a significant economic impact on both individuals and societies. The problem addressed in this research was the inappropriate treatment of multicultural individuals by their immediate supervisors and the need for a thorough examination of cultural humility in organizational settings. This quantitative study used linear regression and moderation analyses to examine the relationship between cultural humility and intention to leave moderated by authentic leadership to determine how the participants’ perception of cultural humility in their immediate supervisor predicted their intention to leave. African American women are underrepresented in the engineering workforce. Limited research exists focusing on the experiences of African American women engineers. This qualitative study aimed to understand the perceived lived experiences of African American women engineers concerning employee engagement, organizational support, and organizational commitment. Relational cultural theory and feminist theory comprised the theoretical framework used to guide this descriptive phenomenological study. The research problem explored was the U.S. Army’s attempts to measure knowledge transfer using the KM Maturity Model (KM3) and KM Assessment Tool (KMAT).
