Abstract: Aiming at the engineering problem of starlight refraction sensor’s ability fordetecting the starlight refracted in atmosphere, the atmospheric attenuation coefficient of the visible and near infrared stellar dueto dispersion, molecular scattering, ozone absorption and so on are analyzed, which determines starlight refraction sensor’s spectral width and the visual magnitude difference equivalent with narrow spectral detection.The starlight refraction sensor’s detection ability and detection probability are estimatedbased on signal to noise ratio calculation and SNRanalysis. Abstract: To measure and estimate the uncertainty of the battlefield situation is of great significance for the commanders to plan the reconnaissance mission and reduce the risk of decision-making. Based on Shannon's information theory, firstly, methods and a model on measurement of situation change rate are proposed. Secondly, a scene with two-dimensional grid elements maneuvering is established, based on deep learning, the prediction method for maneuvering trend is explored. Abstract: To address the issues of large feature space, numerous model parameters and slow training speed in coordinated operation action recognition, a coordinated operational action recognition method based on a deep spatio-temporal recurrent neural network is proposed. In this method, a warped region generation mechanism is introduced to divide the whole battlefield into sub-battlefield. Meanwhile, a hierarchical recurrent neural network is constructed using spatio-temporal graph model, which is applied to the generated sub-battlefield to recognize coordinated operational action. Abstract: This paper presents an adaptive fuzzy sliding mode controller with Kalman predictive control (AFSMCK) for the redundant robotic manipulator handling a variable payload to achieve a precise trajectory tracking in the task space. This approach could be applied to solve the problems caused by the variable payload and model uncertainties. A Kalman predictive controller using the recursive algorithm is presented for an accurate prediction of a variable payload. Abstract: Based on dynamic frame-slotted ALOHA algorithm and binary search tree algorithm, a dynamic framed binary tree (DFBT) anti-collision algorithm is presented to solve the problem of multi-tag collision in radio frequency identification (RFID). Vogt algorithm is adopted to estimate tags number, then the dynamic frame-slotted ALOHA (DFSA) algorithm is used to identify tags, and the unidentified tags are extracted and the highest collision bit is judged by readers. Abstract: Considering friction, modeling errors and other uncertainties of flight simulator servo system, a compensation strategy which combines model-based friction compensation with nonlinear disturbance observer compensation was proposed. First, the friction is modeled , whose parameters are identified by using genetic algorithm, and using the identified model to compensate. Abstract: As a key link in tire production process, the scheduling plan of vulcanization process directly affects the efficiency of the whole tire production process. A discrete encoding method based on vulcanization order - tire number is proposed. An improved harmony search algorithm (IHS) is developed for scheduling the vulcanization workshop with the target of simultaneously minimizing the makespan, die-changing cost and machine idle rate. Vulcanization sequence and tire number are respectively discretized according to the harmony memory considering probability and pitch adjusting probability. Abstract: A spectral deferred correction method for classical ordinary differential equations is extended and reconstructed to solve a system of fractional differential equations (FDES) by accelerating the convergence of lower order schemes. Based on the residual function and the error equation deduced from Volterra integral equations equivalent to the fractional differential equations, a new high order numerical method for a system of FDES is constructed according to the idea of spectral deferred correction.
