A Comparative Analysis Of The Front Pages Of The Milwaukee Journal And The Wisconsin News Over A Three-Month Period, Commencing June 1, 1932, And Terminating August 31, 1932, William E. Daley

The aim of this survey is to compare the front pages of the Milwaukee Journal, an Independent newspaper, and the Wisconsin News, a Hearst publication, over a given period of time, in this case three months, to secure as near an accurate conclusion, as is possible through this medium, of the essential variations and similarities between the papers, especially in news content, news selection, writing style, and typography.
