Voltage unbalance (VU) management in power systems essentially involves two major aspects: VU emission allocation at the pre-connection stage and compliance assessment at the post-connection stage of installations. We consider symmetric conference matrices which were first highlighted by Vitold Belevitch, who showed that such matrices mapped to lossless telephone connections. We give the known properties of symmetric conference matrices, known orders and illustrations for some elementary and some interesting cases. We restrict our attention in this note to symmetric conference matrices. Web addresess are given for other illustrations.

Globally, virtual teams (VT) as ICT-enabled emergent network organisation forms have gained international validity by innovative organisations, with a corresponding surge of interest in understanding how organisations can leverage VT to create business value. Despite growing deliberations in VT literature on managing VT, tasks and outcomes, however, creating business value through VT remains an unresolved theoretical and pragmatic conundrum. In service-oriented computing, Web service selection is an important part of Web service composition. QoS attributes are used to distinguish Web services with same functionality. QoS-aware Web service selection and composition have attracted much attention in the past years. The Web service composition is achieved by solving the Web service concretization problem. The literature has presented two Web service concretization approaches, namely, local optimization approach and global optimization approach. High quality data and effective data quality assessment are required for accurately evaluating the impact of public health interventions and measuring public health outcomes. Data, data use, and data collection process, as the three dimensions of data quality, all need to be assessed for overall data quality assessment. We reviewed current data quality assessment methods. The relevant study was identified in major databases and well-known institutional websites. We found the dimension of data was most frequently assessed. Micropollutants are emerging as a new challenge to the scientific community. This review provides a summary of the recent occurrence of micropollutants in the aquatic environment including sewage, surface water, groundwater and drinking water. The discharge of treated effluent from WWTPs is a major pathway for the introduction of micropollutants to surface water. WWTPs act as primary barriers against the spread of micropollutants. WWTP removal efficiency of the selected micropollutants in 14 countries/regions depicts compound-specific variation in removal, ranging from 12.5 to 100%.
