Conyers-Rockdale Library Celebrates Start Of Construction

The article reports on the ground breaking ceremony for the long-delayed renovation and expansion of the Conyers-Rockdale Library in Georgia held on October 2, 2008. The library will continue its operation during the construction process, which is expected to conclude in the spring of 2010. It describes the features and facilities of the library.
