In 2011, the Health Sciences Library at Baystate Health began participating in the monthly meetings of the Medical Home Work Group for families with special needs children in Western MA. The Community Outreach Librarian sat at the table for a few months before offering to do social media outreach for this group. This lightning presentation describes the evolution from tentative first steps to the routine use of Wordpress, Facebook and Twitter.
