The Anchor: 2000
The Anchor began in 1887 and was first issued weekly in 1914. Covering national and campus news alike, Hope College’s student-run newspaper has grown over the years to encompass over two-dozen editors, reporters, and staff. For much of The Anchor's history, the latest issue was distributed across campus each Wednesday throughout the academic school year (with few exceptions). As of Fall 2019 The Anchor has moved to monthly print issues and a more frequently updated website. Occasionally, the volume and/or issue numbering is irregular.

Distance Learning Programs For Pathology Education, Bruce Fenderson, Anthony J. Frisby
Academic Commons and Scott Memorial Library Staff Papers and Presentations
In this article we describe the development of distance learning programs for pathology education at Thomas Jefferson University. Examination scores and academic progress are reported online. Our second step was to add lectures to create a complete, three-credit distance learning course for pathology education. (Pathophysiology of Human Disease, NU570). …

Winning papers are presented at the Annual Meeting and often are published in Law Library Journal. Over time, the scholarship has added to and shaped the Association’s collective wisdom.
To get a handle on how to write a winning paper, this year’s judges queried four past winners: Deanna Barmakian, Jonathan Franklin, Michael A. Slinger, and Beatrice Tice. …

School of Information Sciences -- Faculty Publications and Other Works
STATE LIBRARY organizations generally gear their meetings to all types of librarians (although in some states there is a separate school library organization) and include a variety of topics on their programs. Judging from the number of sessions about online databases at state conferences these days, it is clear that, in the past decade, online has become a mainstream topic for all types of libraries.
