The study focused on the implication of the introduction of new academic programs on the resources of Balme Library in the University of Ghana, Legon. The case study methodology was used with a study population of 47 staff constituting both senior members and senior staff of Balme Library and the Director of Academic Affairs respectively. This study aimed to determine the factors that affect the retention of all 3rd year CE students of Saint Mary’s University using percentage, frequency, rank, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation. Results revealed that majority of the respondents hardly visited the library. Majority of the respondents borrowed Engineering-related books and have read books at the Engineering Section while the least visited section was the periodicals section. The study investigated library services provision on academic performance of nursing undergraduates in selected universities in South West Nigeria. This study investigated the influence of social media use on library service delivery by librarians in the Federal Universities in South-West, Nigeria. The survey research design was adopted for the study. Total enumeration sampling technique was used to cover the librarians from the Universities. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire. A response rate of 95.4% was obtained. Frequency counts, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used for the data analysis.
