The study examined Contemporary strategies in marketing e-resources amongst selected Technical Universities (TUs) in Ghana. 62 respondents were respectively drawn from all three selected Technical Universities ie Kumasi Technical University, Tamale Technical University, and Takoradi Technical University. Given that the population from the three TUs library staff was small, no sampling had to be done. This study established the extent to which first generation publishing houses in South-west Nigeria have integrated modern electronic resources into the industry. Further, it investigated the degree of usage of electronic resources among the two major production staff in publishing houses. It also correlated the availability of electronic resources with job satisfaction among the staff. The study aimed at determining the information literacy skills on the use of e-resources by undergraduate students using the Big6 information literacy skills Model. Quantitative research methodology was used, and a total 2,484 sample using Sloven’s formula was obtained from a population of 61,804 undergraduate students. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data and was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings revealed that the undergraduate students were aware of the information literacy programmes in the Universities (mean=3.87) and possess the necessary information literacy skills to utilize e-resources (mean=3.45). The study adopted the quantitative research method to achieve its objectives. A sample of three university libraries in Ahmedabad received the survey. Descriptive and instructive research is conducted on the usage of resources, resource preferences, Internet use, browsers and search engines, databases for e-resource acquisition, and so on. This paper seeks to investigate topics such as the usage of electronic resources, their awareness among users, and the places where users access these e-resources and issues while using them. In the 2019-20 academic year at SRMIST, Chennai, a survey was conducted. A total of 150 users were chosen from research scholars and PG students, and their responses were collected using a questionnaire. The findings show that users were aware of the available e-resource, and the awareness about e-resources encourages users to use such resources to the maximum.
