The increasingly growth of electronic books has created an enabling access to and use of e-prints within the confine of one’s environment; thereby providing wider accessibility and usability. However, the study investigated the awareness and use of electronic books among undergraduate students in Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. A survey research design was adopted and structured questionnaire was used to collect data. Descriptive statistics was used to answer the research questions. Research into the phenomenon of turnover intentions of employees and its effects on organizational development is crucial; hence this study investigated the effects of library infrastructure on turnover intentions of librarians in university libraries in South-South and South-East of Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey using total enumeration method with 400 academic librarians from the two zones in participation. This study surveyed the challenges of collection development of electronic resources in university libraries in South East Nigeria. The descriptive survey research method was adopted for the study with population of 86 respondents. The instruments for collection of data were questionnaire and interview. Data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using simple statistics (mean). The findings revealed twelve challenges that affect collection development of electronic resources in university libraries in South East Nigeria. This study surveyed the challenges faced by the university libraries in South East Nigeria in selecting and acquiring electronic resources. The descriptive survey research method was adopted for the study. The population consisted of 86. Questionnaire and interview were used for data collection. Data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using simple statistics (mean).
