The study was carried out to survey NCE students’ perceptions on use of library course as an aid to their use of library resources in Colleges of Education in South-West Nigeria. The descriptive survey design was employed and four research questions guided the study. From a population of 60,481 students, a sample of 1,210 was drawn using the proportionate stratified sampling technique. Meanwhile, out of the 1,210 copies of the questionnaire distributed, 1,097 were fully completed (filled out) as retrieved and analyzed. This study investigated the extent of librarians’ application of copyright laws in digitization of academic library resources in University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Five research objectives guided the study. The research design adopted for this study was a descriptive survey. The total population for this study was seventeen (17) library staff involved in digital library practices. As a result of the concise population, there was no sampling. User Satisfaction With Library Resources In Public Colleges Of Education In Ghana, Francis Yeboah Mr., Musah Adams Dr., Ernest Boakye Mr.

The focus of the study was to ascertain the level of users’ satisfaction with library resources in five (5) public Colleges of Education in Ghana. The survey method was employed and questionnaire was used as the main data collection instrument. Multi-stage sampling technique was used to select 368 respondents. The findings indicated that users were satisfied with the physical facilities of the libraries. However, the libraries generally lacked computer and internet facilities. Users were also dissatisfied with the library collections and services. The study recommends provision of updated collections, quality service delivery to enhance user satisfaction.

This paper investigated the provision of library services for people in wheelchairs in two university libraries in Tanzania. The paper studied access to the information materials collected in the libraries and the building structure of the two university libraries. At a wider aspect the paper looked at significance of access to library information as the basic right, specifically in higher learning institutions.
