Bibliometric Study Of Desidoc Journal Of Library And Information Technology, Roopendra Singh, Abhishek Yadav, Babita Yadav, Neeraj Kumar Verma

This study provides a bibliometric analysis of the DESIDOC journal of library and information technology during 2012–2022. Research data for this study has been exported from the SCOPUS database. A total of 638 articles published during the study period were analyzed to determine the most cited articles, most prolific author, growth of publication, occurrence of keywords, citation pattern, and authorship pattern. To visualize the occurrence of keywords and the co-citation of the author network, Vosviewer software was used. This study also reveals that bibliometric, scientometrics, e-resource, and citation analysis are the most prolific research areas.

The study aimed to evaluate the bibliometric research of Library and Information Science (LIS) research contributed by the authors affiliated with the University of Karachi (UoK), Pakistan. The dataset was limited to 22 years from January 2000 to December 2021 and a list of evaluated papers has been proved from various online and print sources. Google Scholar has been employed to access the record of citation(s). This study is a quantitative research using bibliometric analysis. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the profile of publications in the field of literacy in Indonesia. The data in this study were obtained from the Scopus database. The purpose of this study is to examine the papers published in the ASLIB Journal of Information Management between 2014 to 2021. The Scopus database was chosen for bibliographic data extraction. The VOSviewer software was used to visualize the research results using network maps. During the research period, 311 papers with 2534 citations were discovered. This study focused on articles of ISO 9000 at the international level. Research data were obtained from the Scopus database in Januari 2021 through the publish or perish software.
