Federated Research Information Management In R&D Organizations: Analysis Of Indian Research Information Network System (Irins), Sunil Tyagi

Purpose: The present study sought to analyze the IRINS implemented Research & Development Organizations in India, their top departments, scientist’s publications and citations of individual organization.

Methodology: The data were collected from the website of Indian Research Information Network System (IRINS) and the data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and using simple calculations.

Findings: The analysis finds that the CSIR-NAL has the highest scientist/faculty members 386 (47.02%). The CSIR-NIIST has the highest Scopus citation 39180(26.96%) and cross ref citation 43238(32.60%). The CSIR-NIIST ranks first with 2223 scholarly resources. The purpose of this study was to investigate the usefulness of smartphones in achieving educational goals. Moreover, this study also explores the required library services that should be accessible via smartphone. A quantitative research approach was adopted and a self-administered questionnaire was distributed among those students who currently using smartphones to answer the survey. Librarianship requires personnel who most times should be confident, competent, social and good team players. These good interpersonal behaviors are paramount for effective and productive library services. This study was undertaken to assess the relationship between self-esteem and emotional intelligence among librarians in Nigerian universities. 140 librarians consented to and participated in the study. Roosenberg Self-Esteem scale and Schutte Emotional Intelligence Test were used to assess self-esteem and emotional intelligence respectively. This study aims to review the implementation of functional requirements of electronic records management systems (ERMS) at the best Indonesian academic archive (LKPT), from the perspective of archivists and ERMS developers. This instrumental case study was conducted at three of the best academic archives in Indonesia using a checklist; the resulting data were examined and presented qualitatively. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the productivity of research at the Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar, in the first eight years (2012-2019) of its establishment. In this study, the authors used a number of Scientometric indices to assess research productivity. The results of the study showed that in the selected period of 2019, most research publications appear with an average growth rate of 46.43%. Anxiety is a common phenomenon among all kind of learners and university students. Study anxiety has been recognized by students of all educational institutes as they face new atmosphere and people in the campus. The objective of this study is to recognize the sources of study anxiety and then determine the impact of these sources on the grade achievements among university students. The results showed that exam anxiety, subject anxiety, language anxiety, library anxiety, social anxiety and presentation anxiety are sources of study anxiety.
