Information literacy is the ability of an individual to locate, evaluate, and use information. This study expresses the conscious information needs and information literacy skills amongst final year undergraduate students of three Universities in Nigeria; being the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Federal University Lokoja (FUL), and Baze University. A survey research design alongside a questionnaire for the instrument were utilised on a sample size of 307 final year undergraduate students from select faculties within the above-mentioned universities. This paper examined the level of leadership and job performance of library personnel in University of Abuja, Nigeria. Survey research methodology was used with a total sample size of 202 library personnel in University of Abuja library using simple random sampling techniques. Data was collected mainly through questionnaire and analyzed using frequency distribution and descriptive statistics. The result revealed that the leadership of the University of Abuja library consulted his staff in taking decision at the same time a team player, friendly and provided mentorship to his subordinate. This study examined awareness and access to electronic information resources by students at Kogi State University, Anyigba. A descriptive survey method was used for the study. The population consists of library users of Dr. Aliyu Obaje Library, Kogi State University, Anyigba. A total number of 139 were administered to undergraduate library users, 102 copies representing (73%) were returned. Purpose – The objective of this study is to gauge the level of information literacy skills of faculty members of the University of Lahore.
